Business account details (name, email, phone, address, logo), your clients' contact details and the documents you create, payment records (amounts, status, the last four digits of a card or account), and basic usage logs. Card and bank numbers are entered into fields hosted by the payment processor and never reach our servers.
To provide the service: to send your documents, record signatures and payments, email receipts, and keep your account secure.
With the payment processor to process payments and verify your business; with our email provider to deliver messages; with our hosting providers. We do not sell personal information.
Documents and payment records are kept for as long as your account exists and as required for tax and dispute purposes.
You can export or delete your account data by contacting hello@quotiva.cc. Customers may ask the business that sent them a document, or us, to correct or delete their information.
